Jacki is a solution-focused Professional with extensive experience in Talent Management & Recruiting, Career Counselling, Research & Analysis and Professional Writing. After pursuing an academic focus on Marketing, Jacki began her career in 2007, working with KWA Partners Inc. She worked in a variety of roles that were primarily focused around Career Management and Outplacement Services; working with clients, at all levels to provide hands-on assistance with resume writing and job search support.
In 2014 Jacki made the strategic move into a new role with Optimum Talent Inc., which involved managing various projects and writing proposals for the Coaching, Assessment and Organizational Development team. During this time, Jacki built strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and directly contributed to the success of the business.
2016 was an exciting year! Jacki joined Whitesell & Company Inc. as Associate Research Analyst & Writer. She has contributed to a number of initiatives, in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. With an extensive network, and a demonstrated ability to leverage distinct social media channels, Jacki is able to drive and summarize research into detail reports that are essential to project completion. Between the years of 2018 – 2019, Jacki was approached about a potential contract with Seneca College. Currently, she is responsible for leading career-focused lectures and 1:1 sessions for students enrolled in the Fire Protection Engineering Technology Program and is expected to develop and deliver a similar curriculum within the Pre-Service Fire Program in 2021.
Jacki is known for her acute attention to detail, exceptional time-management skills and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines consistently. She is a natural leader, who has a deep understanding of the importance of creative, forward-thinking, providing high quality work and service.
