Jacki is a solution-focused Professional with extensive experience in Talent Management & Recruiting, Career Counselling, Research & Analysis and Professional Writing. After pursuing an academic focus on Marketing, Jacki began her career in 2007, working with KWA Partners Inc. She worked in a variety of roles that were primarily focused around Career Management and Outplacement Services; working with clients, at all levels to provide hands-on assistance with resume writing and job search support.
In 2014 Jacki made the strategic move into a new role with Optimum Talent Inc., which involved managing various projects and writing proposals for the Coaching, Assessment and Organizational Development team. During this time, Jacki built strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and directly contributed to the success of the business.
In 2016 Jacki joined Whitesell & Company Inc. as Associate Research Analyst & Writer. Jacki has contributed to a number of initiatives, in both the private and not-for-profit sectors.
