The PREP® Personal Strengths Profile is a valid & reliable personality assessment that can be completed online in less than 5 minutes. Your 25-page report will describe your preferred, natural style; how you react under stress; the careers that match your style; and, your motivation & energy. The PREP® is used by people and organizations around the world. This service includes a 30-minute Zoom debriefing with a certified professional.

Professional Portfolio

Starting at: $350.00 + HST

In some cases it makes sense to include a Professional Portfolio as part of your career profile. The components are specific to certain industries and professionals. A free email and/or 15 -minute phone consultation is required to produce a project plan and quote for service.

Cover Letter

An innovative thought leader who isn’t afraid to take the necessary risks to succeed, Jacki Turner is a dedicated Executive Consultant known for her unique coaching approach and innate attention to detail. With expertise in public, private, academic, and not-for-profit sectors, Jacki has an in-depth knowledge of the intricate fibres that drive systemic efficiencies while allowing organizations and people thrive.


In 2016, leveraging a valuable combination of corporate experience in the areas of outplacement and executive coaching, Jacki established Write on Résumés, a boutique coaching practice that is now operating under the larger ‘umbrella’ of Whitesell & Company Inc., a consulting firm based in the Liberty Village area of Toronto. In her current role, Jacki supports both individual Career Transition Clients, Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners, as well as larger organizational projects focused on strategy and change management.


Jacki is passionate about fitness, mental health, and wellness. She practices yoga 3-4 times a week in addition to running and strength training. In 2022, Jacki committed to living an alcohol-free life and serves as a mentor to other moms who are looking to break out of the stigma of “mommy-wine-culture.” She excels in empowering women to embrace healthy lifestyles, as well as careers that inspire growth and progression.
